Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging including gift bag. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Items returned in an unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

  

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@elysium.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will then email to inform you if your return request has been approved or denied. On approval we will provide you with further instructions, including where to send the returned items.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you with your new order status.

Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Gift cards

Sale items or promotional items

 Damaged garments
